15th Dec rang CSO - docs of variations i signed and emailed unreadable. had to be resent. received them and today will get back to me about elect and tiles
11th Dec rang CSO to enquire what happening - she hadn't received docs from Colour lady and would follow up
4th Dec Council letter received approving DA
Costing for different colour bricks for 2 storey costs us $5800 extra

Nov 27th Colour Meeting with Clarendon
Nov 16th plans finally lodged at Council for DA
Nov 2nd Call from Clarendon - Plans now corrected.
Oct 27th Plans showed 3000litre watertank whereas provisional allowance from Clarendon documents showed 4000l. but this not longer avail, so should now be 4600l not 3000l. Sent email in this reagard to CSO
Oct 27th Had to call CSO to find out where plans up to - she emailed me a copy and they were still wrong! Architect ignored our requests
Oct 10th Plans wrong - gable of garage wrong and windows of rear main Bedroom suite mismatched
Sept 17th 2009 Step 2 - Discuss the Tender
Sept 14th still waiting for second call to ok plans and accept estimate.
August 28th 2009 told gas package costs $1550
Make decisions about Extras eg Style Plus Chic - add gas package - cost?
